Big Game hunting in the Private Game Reserves

Buffalo, Elephant and limited plains game are hunted in some of the game reserves that form part of the APNR (Associated Private Nature Reserves). The APNR includes Timbavati, Klaserie, Balule and Umbabat Private game reserves. These game reserves have no fences with each other and are open to the Kruger Park.

These reserves cover an area in excess of 300 000 acres and have good populations of resident game, including the Big 5.

Hunting proceeds in these reserves are directly used to manage these reserves and combat poaching.

Hunting quotas are relatively small considering the quantity of game that occurs.  As a result hunting pressure on the game populations is extremely low.

It is indeed a true pleasure and great privilege to hunt these magnificent game reserves.
